Gretchen,

I too have this problem. Basically, I just export

them one at a time. The Office Ally support people told me it is a know

glitch. The file does overwrite so that you have to import into Office

Ally after you export one (or rename the file each time). It works for me

as I don’t do a lot of billing, but if anyone has a faster way, I’d

love to learn it.

Subject: AC/OA upload

I’m starting to

bill insurance with AC and Office Ally. I can’t export a few selected

files though…they rewrite over each other in the billing file I’m

going to upload. No one at AC could help me…said it shouldn’t be doing

that. (!) Couldn’t find anything on AC user board. I have to export all

the day’s encounters, and then go into the billing file and delete the

ones I’m not uploading to OA (i.e. selfpay). Anyone run into this and

figure it out?
