Yes, I've thought Portland would be ideal(my daughter lives there too). I've also gotten quite of bit of interest from out of the country such as Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The US needs to catch up. If you know of developers and a healthcare organization to partner with, let me know and I can share ideas with them and maybe get a Four Elements started in Portland. Here in AZ I've gotten serious interest from Mayo who wants to move into primary care based "integrative healthcare". I think they see the writing on the wall. Duke Integrative Medicine is also very interested in the project www.dukeintegrativemedicine.com .
