Guest guest Posted May 4, 2009 Report Share Posted May 4, 2009 I have gotten a couple of requests to see my form for my Annual Non- covered Benefits Fee (aka Admin fee) so I am sending it the the listserve as an attachment in case there are others interested in modifying it for their own practices. As I have stated before, I don't call it an administrative fee because I was told that insurance plans consider any administrative costs to be bundled into their reimbursements already. If you call it an administrative fee, don't be surprised if insurance plans tell you that you can't do that if they ever find out about your fee.
