Hi n,

Does the nut butter come out creamy? Does your flour come out fine enough? I

mean so there is no grittiness.

I would love to experiment with sprouted and dehydrated nut butters and flours.

Most nut butters need a little added oil to get them creamy. I think cashew was

creamy without added oil. I think I tried peanut once too and that wasn't too

bad. Almonds basically make a flour which you have to add oil to.

To get the flours fine, I put them through a few times.

The guy from discount juicers.com has a video on YouTube demonstrating just

that.
