Guest guest
Hi n, Does the nut butter come out creamy? Does your flour come out fine enough? I mean so there is no grittiness. I would love to experiment with sprouted and dehydrated nut butters and flours. Sounds yummy! Sproutingly,
Guest guest
, Most nut butters need a little added oil to get them creamy. I think cashew was creamy without added oil. I think I tried peanut once too and that wasn't too bad. Almonds basically make a flour which you have to add oil to. To get the flours fine, I put them through a few times. The guy from discount juicers.com has a video on YouTube demonstrating just that. n Dr. Rollings NJ Licensed Psychologist #4686 www.DrnRollings.com Sent from my iPad On May 30, 2011, at 9:42 AM, cynthia wilson wrote: > Hi n, > Does the nut butter come out creamy?
