Guest guest
Hi nne, I have little doubt that you are in a state of extreme acidosis and would be immeasurably assisted by serious consideration of InnerLights's program. The shipping rates to UK are quite reasonable as we, although not yet opened there, do ship to England. Please examine both www.innerlightinc.com/drsabrown and www.innerlightfoundation.org If you have any specific questions, you are welcome to communicate with me off list. Much Goodwill, A. Brown, Ph.D. Re: blood pressure Thank you for this info, I have not been near a pool in about 20 years, since my kids were no longer of an age where they needed me to be there with them. I am totally petrified of water and avoid anywhere that has deep water, plus with all my health problems and weight gain, there is no way that I would subject others to the sight of me in a swim suit. nne > Also walk back and forth in the shallow end, about waist deep. Guest guest
Evening Cassy, >Real >orange juice (pressed) triggered migraine attacks within 10 minutes of >consuming it......? Depending on how much you drink, it could be the effect of carbohydrates in the orange juice. Unless things have changed, I have in mind that orange juice is 13% carbs, compared to 5% for beer. When I was younger I would drink a quart of orange per 1 serving. I really liked the stuff. I could also drink quarts of beer on occasion. As I got older, orange juice began to taste too sweet. Depending on the vitamins and minerals one is taking, the taste buds change and turn off the desire for certain foods and drink. Years back, after I became addicted to supplements, I could no longer stand the taste of soft drink and beer. Gradually many sweet things became distasteful. It would be a brainwashing effect. After I learned certain foods go on the taboo list, maybe the brain has been controlled by willpower. I still like orange juice but only when diluted with water at about 1 part orange juice to 3 parts water. I use the Emergen-C product, often two packages per serving. The orange tastes better with 1.5 to 3 ounces is added to about 14 ounces of water with two packages Emergen-C. Wayne
