If you drop out of this group you will miss out on a lot of very informative posts. And the 's Window ones are easy as the poster puts that in big letters - you see those letters, you hit delete. I don't think people should be bashing anyone who posts stuff on this group if it pertains to autism or aspergers. Everyone is entitled to post what they consider important information. Whether or not you read it is totally up to you. Estevan, SK Canada -- Re: 's Window-- Progressing, Thriving! Guest guest
Hi ,There is more and more evidence out there that suggests there is a clear link between autism/asperger and the things out kids eat. Lynne is following an approach that in her view seems to work. Obviously she wants to make all of us aware of her positive observations. Now we can pay attention or completely ignore. We are free to do whatever we want. Personally I am doing Dr. Goldberg's NIDS approach which also has dietary component. We are seeing signs of improvement, but since my son was sick for so long, I cannot expect overnight solutions. Rest assured that if I see better results, I will share my experience and observations with everyone on the list in the hope that someone else can benefit from it. We are all on a arduous path of discovery, trying to figure what is best for our kids. I don't see a problem with people sharing ideas and solutions. Like I said, if you do not agree, and you have any right not to, just ignore. My two cents,EddieSent from my iPhone I agree, this constant "'s window" stuff all the time is annoying and for the life of me cannot find out where I go to block it!! Guest guest
Yes, I've been reading. I don't think there's anything to " cure " about my son. He's thriving. He's happy. And I simply refuse to live our lives in a way that's all about changing him because there's something " wrong " with him. YMMV, of course.tt This is the last time I never said my grandson was nothing! He was not thriving not able to do anything but look out of the window have you been reading God Bless You!
