Yea :o)!!!!!!! Congrats on completeing the

workout.

Yup, I'm still there. I think my abs are finally

getting the hint that they need to get strong, because

I got through the " hold your foot above your knee " and

" heartbeat " moves without giving up 2 seconds into the

move. I made it the whole time :o)!!!!! Also, I did

really well on the balancing moves this week

AL5...LOL! But, I did it! It wasn't

pretty, but it's done :) >>

Way to go !! Anytime anyone does AL5 they deserve to brag! LOL! I

should be doing more floorwork, but I just can't seem to get consistent with

it! Good job on doing AL5 in the afternoon :-)

Thanks ! I really never thought I'd make it to this point. I really

had my doubts, but I knew that remaining an out of shape couch potato wasn't

something I wanted to do. I will be forever grateful to Blanks, Tae Bo

and this list! I couldn't have imagined 15 months ago just how far I would

come :-)

Dawn,

There are a few people on this list who decided to keep doing the

challenge indefinitely :) I took a long break while I was training

for my marathon once my long runs got to be really long because it

was just too hard on my legs! But, I swore that once my marathon

training was over...I'd jump back in with the challenge! So, I just

started again last week :)

Feel free to join us...LOL! You don't HAVE to do the floorwork tape

on Wednesday's....you just have to do one floorwork tape each week on

whatever day is convenient for you :)

Awesome, Sandie! I STILL have trouble with that move, especially in

AL5 because my legs are always shaking at that point and I just can't

hold them up....LOL! My legs started shaking especially early this

week, so I was REALLY doomed by that point yesterday...LOL!

Way to go Sandie!! I don't feel like I'm getting much better on that

tape, and I have done it weekly since our challenge began in

October???? I should incorporate abs/glutes weekly too, but I can't

get into that tape like I'd like to.

I actually like floorwork! Guess I'm the only one! I don't have Al-5, but

maybe I should consider getting it... I find that I get the best " strength

workout " with floorwork... with the added benefit that I don't get the urge to

go to the bathroom (which always happens at least 5 times during an hour long

" cardio " workout)

CONGRATS!!! Great job. I'm still keeping up with the floorwork challenge,

but unfortunately not able to do 's floorwork yet. I've been

incorporating FIRM floorwork. It's a good crosstraining method too as they

use weights with their floorwork, but do less reps, etc. so hopefully I'm

hitting those glutes from every possible angle!

No, I never did. I would like to work in a field that helps people lose

weight and get in shape, but I don't really want to be a personal trainer. I

have no idea what else I could do! LOL! I could get ACE certified as a

Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant but then I have no idea what I would

do once I'm certified! LOL! I don't know how to turn that into a career. I

haven't given up though! It's just been put on hold for the time being.

Keep at it, you'll get it :o)!!!!! I've rencently

began doing additional ab exercises, and I think

that's helped out a lot.

I like floorwork too, even though its fustrating sometimes!! I think

it really breaks up a workout well. From you guys talking about the

studio advanced yesterday, I decided to pop it in this morning. Wow,

that is a good workout!! I actually really enjoy that one. I don't

know why I don't do it more often...
