I would let her handle it, but I would also like to reply to you in

private on this and not sure how to do so. It miaght help you though

to understand and not be wuite so concerned about it. Or at least I

Sharon,

I know this is a problem with other types of dementia also as my

daughter is a caregiver for all types of elderly patients. She knows

that there might be a problem if she is forewarned and, so far,

hasn't had a big problem when she " just says no. " She talks about

those who have come to her bedroom door at night when she stays over

and those who just want to sit by her or touch her. She has been

able to talk to them and tell them as your sitter did that " this just

isn't going to happen. " She understands that it is the condition and

not the normal person she is dealing with.
