Guest guest
Rob sometimes with Stills the spleen becomes enlarged. You might ask your doctor about this to see if it may be a possibility for you also. Melt ----- Original Message ----- From: Rob Linger just below my left rib cage. It doesn't keep me from doing anything, it's just a constant reminder that I have something wrong with me!Rob
Guest guest
Hi Rob I've had stomach pain for all the time I've been sick - 2 years now. I lost a large amount of weight as eating caused pain. I had every test, including a laparotomy, but nothing conclusive was found. Then the diagnosis of AOSD was raised and stomach pain is quite common with Stills apparently. I'm not so bad with the pain now, but it often reoccurs when I eat a more than a small meal or anything stodgy. And I still have a poor appetite. The pain is mainly fairly central and just below my sternum, causing the docs to consider pancreatic involvement. I hope you can find relief somehow. Guest guest
Caroline, my stomach discomfort isn't that bad at all, it's just something that wasn't there before the beginning of Sept. It's not anything that really bothers me, it's kind of like a runny nose, it's something you can live with, but you would rather not! Guest guest
Catching up on emails - I get this too but actually began when I started taking Vioxx - it'll be interesting if this goes away with the vioxx. I thought it was just heart-burn. > > I've had stomach discomfort since I've been diagnosed last month, is > this common? I had a CTScan, and it was clean!
