Guest guest Posted May 10, 2008 Report Share Posted May 10, 2008 Dear Dr.: I have a 24 year old daughter who was diagnosed with ocd about 2 years ago. The ocd first started when she was in high school. Schoolwork would take her so long as she was trying to get things perfect. She has taken an office assistant course through a community college but wasn't able to find a job in that area. Currently, she is taking an online medical billing and coding course. It is self paced so she is able to deal with that better. She does still spend alot of time trying to get the school work perfect. What is your advice for the student dealing with ocd? Thank You.
