Guest guest
Sharon My Dad tried to get fresh with some of the nurses aides that came to assist and also my friend and neighbor. They would tell him that wasn't nice and to knock it off. They handled it and weren't offended that he said or did anything to indicate he was interested. Let the sitter take care of it herself for now. This too will pass. As far as you and Donnie are concerned, DON'T ever stop showing your love for each other both verbally and PHYSICALLY. Life is too short. There are other rooms in the house that can provide privacy when Dad is in his room. The couch for instance makes a nice place to lie down together. Some romantic music, a little wine and alot of love. Just my opinion. I could tell you stories about stolen moments but I won't because they are part of my memories of my hubby who has passed. I sit here smiling just remembering some of them. As for moving, how does your Dad feel about leaving his home? You have to do what is right for you and Donnie but you have to consider him also. I know my Mom, in her right mind, would never leave her home. I pray you find the answers you are looking for soon. God bless you and Donnie for the wonderful job you are doing. Hugs to you both Jacqui
