Guest guest
Barbara, Isn't Dr. Wallace great about giving out samples! I need to call to get some samples of something new obviously. Hmmm....he's probalby run out by now! I still have tons of Vioxx. :-( He did a great job getting Enbrel approved by my insurance. Don't know what he says, but it works. > > You know how my doctor gets non-formulary drugs approved? He starts me on samples. If they work, he gives me samples for 2-3 months. Then he tells my insurance company something convincing, because they cover it. I'll ask him what he says if I have time during my pre-op. He probably says nothing on their list helps, but the samples I've come to rely on have helped a great deal. It's usually true. > > Peace, > Barbara
Guest guest
Well,I just re-read what I wrote and cracked up. For those of you who know me well enough, the above email gives you (and me) a clue to how I'm doing today. For those of you who don't know me so well, I tend to get sillier the more miserable I feel. I was 101 when I got up.20 minutes ago. Each day my temp gets higher and higher but I think I get to go back to the Kineret tonight. We'll see. Hope so. Oh Dear, Go sit on a pile of ice - that should cool you down, but don't let it hurt the silliness - I love that part of you. Guest guest
Hi , Sorry guys, but reading is getting tough, even on the computer. Yes, Dr. Wallace is good about the samples. He seems to know how to manipulate insurance, too. When mentioning Enbrel, you said "don't know what he says..." What did you mean by that?
