Guest guest Posted March 17, 2006 Report Posted March 17, 2006 Happy Birthday Cherie Just my opinion, but I would think 1/2 hour for a meal is sufficient enough time with the 'feed bag' on. You could try eating what you can in that time period for a couple of days and see if it is sufficient to sustain you from meal to meal (snacks included if that's part of your regime). If you manage okay then one would think it will only improve your weight loss. I'm not suggesting going hungry or depriving your body of sufficient nourishment, I'm just suggesting trying it and see how you manage. You've got nothing to lose - only kgs. Good luck Lorraine > > Query for the longer term banders please - is it better to have your > meals over no longer than a 30 minute period?
