I try to buy most of my seeds from Sproutpeople . From experience, they

seem very fresh and sprout amazingly well. They have a mustard/ radish mix

called Hot Squared-or you can buy separate seeds and mix them. I only sprout

organic seeds, so I bought my broccoli seeds from Wheatgrass Kits.com. Not sure

why Sproutpeople doesn't offer organic broccoli. I would stick with organic

seeds if you can. I've also purchased excellent seeds from Mumms as well, but

Sproutpeople is my favorite seed source. While I love green drinks, and the

taste of green in general-I'm not so keen on the more basic green sprouts such

as alfalfa. But I can eat the spicy sprouts all day long, and it's good to know

that the " hot " sprouts and broccoli have great health benefits. One of my fav

dishes is to mash up an avacado, mix in the broccoli spicy sprout mix, along

with a spicy Fiesta Mole seasoning,a spash of lemon/lime, and wrap up in some

crisp Romaine lettuce. Heaven!

Hi ,

Where do you get your seeds to sprout mustard, radish and broccoli? Do you use

organic seeds?

I also enjoy spicy sprouts but it hadnt occurred to me to mix it all up like you

do. Yum!

I meant to provide a link for that Fiesta Mole I mentioned. I'm in no way

affiliated w/ the product, but it's a great seasoning, and the company makes

some great products. You can probably make something similar as the ingredients

are listed on the link. Enjoy!

well there are about 4 or 5 very nice, ripe avcados sitting on the counter at my

house, so head on over :)

My husband recently discovered how much he likes them, so I have a hard time

keeping enough of them in the house these days.

Good problem to have-- :)
