If you are in Canada, it would be better to find a Canadian to send you the starter because Customs will hold it up. Don't know about US Customs, but I wouldn't want to try it. Starters that have been mailed to me often leak all over the package, making an horrendous mess. Best bet: find someone who can give it to you in person.
