I do yoga 5-6 days a week. I really love it for flexibility, strengthening

and pain relief. Now you can catch me stretching all day long. I like Yoga

Zone Beginner's tape. You can get it at www.collagevideo.com.

Hi Elena! Guess what? I just ordered that tape today!

I was hoping that it would be a good place to start.

Thanks!

I'm a Rodney Yee and Walden fan, so I went with the living arts

videos. I bought the beginners set (which includes flexibility, strength,

energy, relaxation...) and I have the AM / PM set. I usually do yoga after a

workout to wind down in the evening.

Their " Introduction " tape is very good. She really teaches you the correct

form. I couldn't remember the name of it yesterday.

I saw Rodney Yee on Oprah, but I couldn't remember

whether he made videos or not. He seemed pretty good.

I know we are all dealing with stress and its taking its toll on us.

I, myself have developed high blood pressure. But I have learned

yoga and once you get the basics down with a good instructor who

emphasizes form you can continue at home on your own. But it has

helped control my blood pressure and the back spasms I used to get.

ALso great for digestion. Something to try if your not ready to be

medicated.
