Also try www.karenskitchen.com, www.zonehome.com,

and www.drsears.com. Colleen also has a bunch of

great zone recipies that she sent to me once. Ask if

you have any zone questions.

Its kind of like a disease. Its not very serious, but the side effects can be

a real kicker and it puts you at higher risk for certain illnesses such as

diabetes and endometrial cancer (which I am WAY high risk at right now with

all of my female relatives wombless by pretty much my age). Its actually

pretty common @ 1 in 10 women. Its just that very few people know about it

and the scientific community doesn't have much information on it either.

There is a website if you are interested.

Thanks Patty!!!!

I had to really convince the first Ob/GYN to look into this even though I

don't plan on having children anytime soon. I told her I might like to have

children someday and if I could do something now to ensure

fertility...great!!!! Plus, I wanted to ease the side effects. The last two

doctors I have seen have been very supportive and one asked if I had been

tested for it before I even had the words out of my mouth. He just saw my

list of symptoms on my patient sheet.

That's pretty icky. That sounds like Lupus. I never

heard about it until they started doing commercials

about it a few months back. Most people seem to have

no clue what it is, but it strikes like a million

women. I'll add the site to my list to check out.
