Good for you for settling into a doable routine. I really like the Yoga Zone tapes. However, I have never seen their Power Yoga tape and I'm not sure if it is for beginners. Collage video gives helpful reviews of tapes, including yoga tapes (www.collagevideo.com ) or just www.collage.com ? Elena
Guest guest
Hi , It's so nice to hear from you. You are sure doing wonderful w/ Tae-Bo and the hip huggers...lol.. I have belly shirts too, but I'm not comfortable wearing the buggers yet. Not for the reason of what I look like, but for the reason of what people will think... I live in a small town and for all I know would probably be talked about if I wore them.... ANYWAY, keep up the great work and you keep checking in w/ us!! Darcy who wonders if anyone has a clue what I'm rambling on about again > Hey girl and boys! > > Just dropping by to say hey.
