Guest guest
well lets just say that we had to type so perfect for so long that our fingers are rebelling, reminds me of a funny story, proves that word processing isnt so great after all, my boss had to type a memo when i was out sick one day, and he was furious. oh well, he wrote a memo to his boss saying that he was ducking someone until he got a response from him, well guess what, he didnt type ducking but, f***** instead, so it came out he was f****** someone. needless to say my boss was the laugh of the year, and was unmercifully taunted about it. especailly since the someone he was ducking was the senior maintenance man from the hospital. i heard later that at the big sales meeting it was requested that all sales/managers needed to take a typing course so an error like that wouldnt be made on any external paperwork. and then 300 sales offices got to hear the story. needless to say he never typed another word again. thought all would enjoy a funny typo area. sharon m a smile a day keeps the meanies away!!! Guest guest
Sharon- I did typing for a living as well, so when I see a typo in my writing, I am almost mortified...lock me up and throw away the key. Well, realising I am human - I guess I shouldn't be so surprised, and with all that life has handed my way, I should feel grateful that I am able to type - and am view life from above ground. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeee- Hugs to you my friend- Sandie -- LadySmilingAtU@... wrote: sandie, queen of typos here lately , thats me. and to think i used to type for a living, stress killing my tying, and a demo laptop that i bought that has sticky keys certainly doesnt help. sharon m a smile a day keeps the meanies away!!!
