Hey Group:

With Sally's reply: " Treat yourself to a break - or at least a bar of

chocolate!!

Sally xx " it reminded me that yesterday (July 7) was Chocolate Day. It was

introduced in Europe in 1550...so, a round of chocolate for

everyone...me first, me first!!!

This, coming to the group...on a lighter note...

Hugs- (Hershey's style)

SNAP !

Sally here - and I too have the same 'difficulties' you are experiencing. I

have also fallen victim to migraine headaches since the catastrophes of the

last 4 years happened to me. I do think it is stress - I notice I get worse

the more pressure I am under.

I ALWAYS have that haunting thought though .... in the back of my mind I

wonder about heredity and the possibility that I may have to face the beast

myself one day.

You are doing too much!!!

I'm just reaching out my arms through this computer right now to give you a

giant hug {{{{{{}}}}}}

Treat yourself to a break - or at least a bar of chocolate!!

Sally xx

I knew there was a reason I ate that bag of carmel filling choc

kisses!!!! DO NOT BUY ANY UNLESS YOU INTEND TO EAT THEM ALL!!!

It did not help with my 30 # weight loss at all. LOL

mmmmmmm, hugs and caramel filled kisses both are on my top ten list. i will

tell you something my doc told me to do when i had a chocolate craving. by a

bag of regular chocolate kisses. freeze them and when you have a chocolatae

crave, get one out and by the time you get all the way thur the frozen kiss,

your chocolate craving should be gone ad you only had wht 15 caloreis of

chocolate,, thats it. it works but only on chocolate kisses, white choc in

hugs

doestn freeze hard enough.
