Hi Everyone,

As you can tell, I have posted more this morning than I think I ever have.

The truth be told, is I'm avoiding working on my Astronomy Class. Killer

homework this week. Thank goodness my 3 college classes are online through our

local JC.

Thank you to all for the laughs, tears, info and everything else that is

shared here. I have followed most of you from afar and have always included you

in my prayers, even tho I didnt post it.

At times, we all have trials and tribulations to deal with, but we are always

here for one another. You all have pulled me through some very tough times

since I became a member and you didnt even know it.

Then let me give each one of you a hug, kiss on the cheek, prayers,

encouragement, regrets, and anything else one can think of. What you give of

yourselves, fills my heart with love, pride and warmth.

I think the worst time of my life is happening now. Like I said in one of my

posts, my 91 yr old mom just had her second total knee replacement since July

3rd. Just Thursday nite, it was discovered she is bleeding internally. You

know me, I have painted the worst case picture and being the only child, I

hurt and cry. I'm sure that it is fixable. She is presently on coumidin and

I'm

hoping with all my heart, that once she is off of that, things will clear up.

If anyone, can shed light on this, please email me

_privately...sweetsugar1027@..._ (mailto:privately...sweetsugar1027@...)

..

Well, cant put it off any longer, its off to do homework. I have figured

that by this time next year, I should be getting my AA degree. Have been trying

to complete all the courses since 1960, lol. Told my husband, that once I've

finished with school, I'm going to return to work. I just turned 65 on the

27th of Oct. and am bored being at home. Didnt have the DS to stay idle. Have

things to do and places to go. Have to keep our mind active. My 9 year old

grandson does a good job of that.

Again, thank you to all and love to all. You probably wont hear from me for

awhile, but I will be reading everything that is posted. It may take me a

couple of weeks to read everything, and that keep me from going to Sacto and

meeting our " new " Doc Marta.

See you all soon,

Love to all,

I am so very happy for you !Lots of love to you. Steph To: Hepatitis_C_Central Sent: Saturday, March 10, 2012 3:41 PM Subject: Re: Hi All

You will not have to do it again. The THING is gone gone gone! So good to hear from you. I was on the new treatment program and finished 2 weeks ago. My blood is still a mess but I feel great!!!! Losing my hair but thank god I have a great hairdresser who I go to twice a week and she covers the holes. It will grow back it did last time. I am undetected but have to wait a few more weeks and they will check me. I am not nervous. I believe mine is gone and I am going to keep that positive thought process. I look forward to hearing your good news. And welcome back baby!

I hope you don't have to do treatment again. But we are here if you do have to. Now let me say this, I continue to be undetectable I was a super responder too this last time. My husband is so afraid that the virus has come back because I get tired after I get off from work. Now keep in mind I am 58 years old, and even tho it is a desk job, I am dealing with patients 8 hours a day, and it is mentally tiring. Because I get calls from folks have just been dx'd with cancer, diabetes, hep c and many other chronic diseases, and sometimes deadly diseases. I have to keep my cool and do my best to help these folks to the best of my ability. I can't lose my cool when a mother tells me that her 8 year has been dx'd with cancer, I have to express my empathy for her situation but have to do my best to make sure that she receives the best pharmacy help she can get.

No wonder I am tired when I get home, at home I can let my hair down and just chill. I have tried telling my husband this but he is used to the woman that post treatment this last time ran circles around my 36 year old son. I am the mother of a 16 year old daughter and very involved with her school activities. I am super woman. LOL So as I have always said "What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger" and don't sweat the small stuff.

Good luck hon, and I know in my heart every thing will come out great.

Love

Janet

I've been gone a long time. I went through the treatment about 3 years ago and was an active member of this group. I spent just about every hour of my waking day here. The members helped me in a way that i never could have gone on without them.I was a super-responder and was virus free through treatment but i never went back for my final viral load. Thanks to my liver Dr. they gave me a follow-up call and said she would be happy to arrange my final test so next week i go for my blood test to see if i am cured. it's been over 2 years and i feel all the same feelings coming back. Now rather then giving advice i am once more asking for support. I really don't want to do it again.
