Have you thought about an internal infection, or even heart problems?? My dad had had a mild heart attack, before LBD diagnosis (prompted us to have him looked at while in the hospital, by a neurologist) and he used to swell from problems with his heart. Just a thought. Missing the contact I had while on my computer, yet enjoying the company and scenery here in New Zealand. has been the most attentive host and tour guide - I feel so very fortunate.
