Hi Abby,

You're right it is shocking that a caregiver would not

inform me of the things that Jim has been tossing out.

To say the least I was very upset. Someone here

brought it to my attention that the caregiver may see

Jim as clear on some days and think that he knows what

he is doing, but this is a person that has been with

Jim for nearly 3 years and has seen him in confused

states and cognitive. I have given him information on

LBD and have discussed the ups and downs with him, but

I actually do think that sometimes he sees hope for

Jim on his more clear days despite what I tell him

about this stinkin' disease. I think that he thinks

I'm nuts to say that it doesn't get better when he can

see that Jim is cognitive on certain days. So that was

another view that I hadn't thought of. Well, I

certainly hope that things will straighten out now

since I called the agency and he has been warned by

them also. I am going to try some of the tips I have

received of using a bag for Jim to put his things in

and then hopefully the caregiver will sneak it aside

for me to rummage through later, instead of throwing

it in the garbage.

I think I read that your father's CT Scan or MRI? was

clear and that there is no tumor. That is such great

news, so at least you can narrow basically everything

down to LBD related now, I think?!........Jan

No, not you. It was me. I gave the wrong address. Should have been 3505

Gaston Ave, Dallas TX. Can't imagine how that happened. Thank you for

missing me. Y'all are so busy that I can't imagine having time to miss

anyone.

Thank you from all the Childs/Busch family for the prayers and thoughts.

It would be difficult not to miss the head of our commune.

I'm glad your daughter is on the road to recovery. She's still in my

prayers.

All good things to you all,

Abby
