Hi Sharon

I do two one-hour sessions a week with a personal trainer - just

curious - 1.1/2hours in 30 minutes - as ine one said " Please

explain " .

Hi there.

What it is is the intensity of the workout.

You are using 2 different muscle grops at the same time,

So the workout in 30 mins is equivilent to doing 90 mins.
