Guest guest
Hi there. I'm glad I stopped by. I am not getting ANY email notifications any more. Are any of you getting email notifications? or am I the only one. Now back to fenugreek. I take about one teaspoon at each meal and before I go to bed. I'm curious to see what numbers you get. All the best. Happy sprouting. Melody > > Melody, > I am soaking fenugreek. I do not have diabetes yet, I am pre diabetic. > Adding the soaked fenugreek cannot hurt. Thank you. Guest guest
Yeah, I forgot to mention that people with thyroid (I think the feugreek stops the conversion of T3 to T4 (or something like that) and people who are on thyroid meds should be very careful with fenugreek. But really, I'm talking about 3 to 4 sips before bed time. I really don't think that would pose a problem, but I would check with my doctor first. And don't forget, most doctors pooh pooh sprouting, using supplements, etc. THEY GET PAID FOR WRITING PRESCRIPTIONS. I did not research the issue but what I read is that while fenugreek > helps the diabetes it also can interfere with the t 3 and 4 of the thyroid. > Someone please read up on this. i am a very simple person that is totally > enthralled with sprouts... > > >
