I've been only reading mostly lately because of puter problems. I don't know why Shari feels that people are attacking her, but she has advocated for people to eat only raw, and very recently. Probably some cooling off needs to happen. Would like to take this opportunity to mention a concept I found decades ago, can't remember his name, Baba someone cautioning against the concept of " lunch righteousness " ... There is no one single diet or regimen that is right for all humans. That is a fact. And the earlier observation that people tend to want validation for their choices is so true... and the way unfortunately that we seek that validation too frequently is to maintain that there is only one choice to make, the one we've made. That said, I think raw foods are great and have experienced marvelous things with them. Margret, thanks for your balanced and thoughtful comments. --V
