OT: lunch righteousness

I've been only reading mostly lately because of puter problems. I don't

know why Shari feels that people are attacking her, but she has advocated

for people to eat only raw, and very recently. Probably some cooling off

needs to happen.

Would like to take this opportunity to mention a concept I found decades

ago, can't remember his name, Baba someone cautioning against the concept

of " lunch righteousness " ... There is no one single diet or regimen that is

right for all humans. That is a fact. And the earlier observation that

people tend to want validation for their choices is so true... and the way

unfortunately that we seek that validation too frequently is to maintain

that there is only one choice to make, the one we've made. That said, I

think raw foods are great and have experienced marvelous things with them.
