Guest guest
The band is hooked up to a Tendo unit if you look closely. Fabricant Chicago, IL wrote: Yes, I did notice that. There also seems to be some sort of band attached to the bar if you look closely. So what if anything are we assuming from this/ Thanks Tim Philadelphia Pa. Guest guest
It has been awhile since I watched the video, but I think the attachment is to measure bar speed. Guest guest
Tim, The cable attached is the tendo unit. The weight changes are just editing. The subject of how much weight being moved is never even mentioned. ez San , Texas wrote: Yes, I did notice that. There also seems to be some sort of band attached to the bar if you look closely. Brewer Newport Beach, Ca. >> That well could be. In an article I co-wrote on plyometric bench press training, I spoke with Schroeder on the phone in regard to his method of doing this. In our conversation, Schroeder commented on the speed of the bar movement it terms of milliseconds. I quized him on how he was determining the speed of the bar in milliseconds. Schroeder replied that he had a machine that did that. So what said makes sense. Kenny Croxdale Orange, CA
