Glad to hear that you are feeling better; try upping your protein with a tin of tuna – don't tell the dietician but I always go for the Sirena in olive oil, it tastes of something. I am addicted to the stuff – that is going to be my meal on mush staple from Monday. It goes down so well mixed with a little mayo and savion salad (a tomato dip fresh at the supermarket) I am getting hungry just thinking about it – or is it hunger? I often thought about the other banders that have said "they haven't been hungry since they were banded" and decided that they were freaks (LOL) well I have that now. I haven't been hungry, least not ravenous and as I am always drinking I am keeping the hunger at bay. I hope it continues. That is enough rambling from me for now. I must get back to work, stop thinking about Ghyll's construction window eye candy and be productive.
