Guest guest
It`s widely accepted that it`s the lack of VitD occasioned by our bodies inadequate exposure to sunlight in these more northern climes (eg, Northern States/Canada/UK/Ireland etc.) that is responsible for the higher incidence of MS. There is some very clear information on this topic on Dr.Ashton Embry`s excellent site at: www.direct-ms.org On the subject list on the left hand side of the page, there is good info at: 1. -Vitamin D 2. -(under Supplements) Vitamin D & MS In my view, this is one of the most valuable sites on the net for people with MS who wish to take the management of their condition into their own hands: -Not to be missed! But why is it that a much higher percentage of people that have MS (and maybe other nero disorders) are from colder climates? Aletha
