Supertrainers,

Do any of you have experience with Power Blocks? As a home gym space saver,

they seem to be a great idea (albeit overpriced). I'm wondering how well

they hold up with use, and if they're as easy to use as it appears.

Thanks,

Matt,

I have had mine for about 10 years, they are great.

I have a set of the power blocks. The ones I have go up to 85 pounds. I use

them at least 4 times a week. Very easy to use. The expense was about 600

dollars though. I opted not to buy the stand.

Matt,

I have used them quite a few time. As far as saving space you cannot beat

them and you will save loads of money with them as well. My only gripe with

them is they are a little ackward for anything that is not a pressing

movement. I like to use single dumbbells overhead for triceps and you cannot

put your hands around one end like a traditional dumbbell. But all in all I

think they are great for a home gym.
