I'm due for my surgery on 20th March (can't wait!) and due to start optifast on 1st March - don't know if i'm looking forward to that part! Everyone on these sites are so positive and i'm really looking forward to reading about everyone's experiences. I'm well on my way - I had a stomach ultrasound on Thursday, Barium Meal today and due to have my blood tests tomorrow and see a cardiologist on Friday as well as the surgeon to finalise everything.
