Guest guest
Hi everyone, Just felt like I needed to share some info. There has been a vitamin recall for Total Body Formula. It's a liquid vitamin and the flavor my son takes is Tropical Orange, Lot #4031801. I'm not sure if this is the only lot effected. There was an overdose of Selenium in the formula. It caused him an upset stomach and diarrhea. Since there was a stomach virus going around at school, it took us a almost a week to pinpoint. If you give these vitamins to your children, call the company and make sure they are correctly formulated. Jeanne
Guest guest
I get mine at the health food store. Depending on the store, the staff can be very helpful regarding which vitamins to take and which ones taste better. I really liked the Total Body formulas because they also have enzymes and amino acids in them. My son, 12 yrs old, is now taking Liquid Health. It's the closest to what he was taking and has a cherry flavor. The store I go to is in Cumming by the Wal-Mart (I can't remember the name - Good Nutrition or Nutrition Depot, something like that) and they are very helpful.
