Hi, I am wondering how you know how often you should rife? Do you do it as

often as your body can handle based on your herx reaction? Is there such thing

as too much? If you are not herxing shortly after can it still be benefiting

you? Can diarrhea right after be a sign of your body clearing something?

Thanks for all of your wisdom.....we are new to this and trying to figure it all

out.

I am familiar with the bidi health company and their products. Is this the same

thing? My daughter uses a jai, which is the same thing astheir bodycharger.

She notices a HUGE difference with it. She sleeps with it and wears it as much

as she can during the day. It seems to help with her headaches and energy. I

think it really helps her body do an easy detox. Itis supposed to mimic the

healthy 23minute electrical energy cycle of a healthy immune system. My

daughter has also used the larger bodihealth unit. It is what got her

functioning again....out of bed and not in excruciating pain, but was not able

to get her well, unless we gave up too soon.....she used it for almost 2

years???

It is advised to give your body a rest between rifing sessions to give it a chance to clear out all the debris.

Some people need to wait a week between sessions. Others can do it every other day. Some of us have immediate symptoms, some delayed by days, some none at all. Each of us is different so it is important to listen to your body.

It is also wise to do things to help your body eliminate toxins. There are many methods to detox.

Herxing is not necessary, but does let us know things are happening. Diahrrea can definitely be a sign of something being cleared.

For saunas to detox the best is a far infrared sauna - it has the best penetration into the skin and releases more toxins. As you pull the toxins in your fat cells under your skin, out of the body, your body will redistribute the toxic load and push it out to the recently cleared cells. You will want to drink plenty of water and replace the minerals that you will lose. Read Dr. Sherry book "Detox or Die" if you would like tons of additional information. She is an expert in environmental medicine and helping people with severe toxic overloads.I tried one of the foot ionizers and it looked impressive as the water turned dark while using it - supposedly all of the toxins leaving your body. Only you get the same effect if you don't put you feet in at all and run

it. It appears to just "burn" the salt that you add to the water. Unless there are better models available I haven't seen one actually work - if you have access to it try and run it without your feet in it and see if it still darkens the water? Try the inexpensive FIR saunas that are available online.

I bought one a few years ago for a few hundred dollars.

Read up on them.

I am not familiar with any of these devices. Perhaps you should ask the manufacturer or a practitioner.

There are arguments either way but most think that Far Infra Red dry saunas are best. For people who don’t tolerate heat very well, they may be better as they don’t heat up the air and tissues as much, but are very effective. Personally, I think anything you can do to start sweating would be beneficial.

It is preferrable to follow a protocol for saunas such as this one from my Environmental doctor. See attachment.
