Hi ,

Sorry I haven't been online for a few days so I missed your post.

Please ask your doctor to up your dosage to 40mgs - you can go as high as

60mgs. I'm currently on 40 myself. 20 mgs is a maintanence (gee, did I

spell that right?) dose. I've gone as high as 60mgs and then added a

different pill to help me through a very hard time in my life and I'm still

here and much better for it.

Although I hate to think of you crying I'm glad you did (great stress

relief) and it illustrates that with anti-depression meds one is not walking

around like a zombie. I feel that these meds arent' for everyone but for

those it helps it takes the sharp edges away - hope that makes sense.

As for the anger, it is normal but if you are really having a hard time

about it you need to speak to someone about it and tell your doctor that

this is what you are feeling. The meds should help but a good shoulder to

lean on is wonderful. If you like, I'd like to be available for you (BTW, I

was consumed with anger for two long years and it made everything so much

worse - I suffered the worst). You can email me personally any time to

discuss how you are feeling.

Sending you a big hug - tell the missus that its platonic! :)

Courage

Keep taking the tablets old chap.

Definitely speak to your doctor, . There's no reason to

suffer through this.

I can not speak to the meds, but I can say it is ok to do some of your

grief stuff, like crying and being quiet and angry! That is depresson

and it can be grief. If you medicate it away, you will still have to do

it at some point.

This whole process is a grieving process and " even if " you are a man,

you might need to cry a bit ;^))).
