Guest guest Posted February 11, 2011 Report Share Posted February 11, 2011 Hello, my 8 yr old attends public school although i dont think she is being mistreated there is no way of me knowing for sure due to she is non-verbal and hearing all these stories of special needs children being mistreated at school has me a little on edge. I was thinking of sending a voice recorder tucked away in her bookbag but im unsure if i could get into trouble for this does anyone know the law reguarding my rights?
