Yes, Bob....I think that would be a great idea to send some brochures to our new members. I just suggested to Jo that she request some.

I think I have educated my Rheumatologist here and also in California by having Stills. I'm sure I was their first patient and I gave both of them a few of the brochures.

My vote is to send them to our new Stilligans.

Yes I agree in sending out to each of the new members as I am one of those who need to educate not only a doctor but also family members who look at me when I say I have "Stills Disease" and they go want on earth is that I have never heard of it"........ and so the story goes on...

I appreciate all your hard work and will try to send some donation here soon to the foundation.Maybe I can even get gramma and grammpy to do the same.....

First off let me apologize to you Lynn for being so abrupt. I could have been a little smoother but I just got caught at a bad moment and I don't want anything to happen to our Foundation. I'm sorry but it is against the law to give, sell or trade any of your prescription medicine to anyone other than the person it is prescribed to! It is a nice gesture as a lot of our people cannot afford their medications and we are aware of that and we will try to help them obtain medication through legal means. So I am sorry that I jumped when I should have been a little nicer!

Now as to the other information. As you know most of the money we receive through donations is used for the Brochures, printing and postage sending them to people all over the world. This is just another of my screwy ideas but it is mainly pointed at the Board Members but I would also like some input from the membership as a whole. Every time we have a member join and submit their name, address, phone, number, Dob and all that info, I receive a copy of it for the main register and I think that I am the only one who keeps a complete register of every one who is a member of this Foundation. When I receive the information on a new member I would like to send them at least 10 copies of the Brochure to give to relatives, Friends and their Doctors. What do you all think of that idea? Board members I request a written answer from each of you or I can't put it into effect! This is what the Foundation was founded for to get the information out to as many people as we can about Stills Disease and this would a very affective way to accomplish that goal! We would also be educating a few more Doctors on the ins and outs of Stills Disease! So what do Y'all say? Take care now and be PAIN FREE! Love Y'all!

I think sending brochures out to new people is an excellent idea! We are certainly better able to afford such an endeavor now than we have been in the past!
