Guest guest
Hi Maree I sympathise with you, I would be so much worse if I lived on my own. I have a husband and 3 children, so I do tend to cook nutricious meals for them, However my husband often gets home late, so the kids eat earlier and then he eats when he gets home, and I , well I just snack on the kids left overs in between !! Once or twice a week, I will cook large quantities of whatever we are having (chilli, pasta etc) and then freeze meals for the two nights a week that I work so they are quick easy meals with the minimum of cleaning up. I was thinking this might be a good idea for you if you were to freeze them in single portion sizes, eventually you would get a good variety of quik to grab nutricious meals ??? As for the other side of you life, you seem to be getting that well under control and I am so proud of you and your courage. However as for you new form of ummm err " exercise " , I would rather go on the treadmill any day !!! My husband of course, likes to remind me - regularly - how many calories we could burn - together, oh I feel a headache coming on just thinking about it LOL !!!! Anyway, I do thank you for you posts as they are so honest and so fun to read, I have never met you , but I can tell that you are an honest, gutsy, beautiful woman and I wish you well, on this fantastic journey you are taking.
