Guest guest
Hi All !! I made it back somehow. First, I noticed there was some questions about what BP pills folks was taking. Primary White Coat has had me taking something called Triamterine HCL. Think it is kinda a light duty blood pressure med and a water pill also. Have not had any troubles taking it. Second, Yea a little rash sometimes, seems like late afternoon or evening. Seems like the rash likes my ankles for some reason. Well me feet and lower legs also kinda. One of them comes and go's things. I notice it most after a way too warm shower. Third, Has Tom ever settled down on the email address thang? I am thinking maybe he got into the hooch maybe a little too deep and forgot his way home. O.S.W.I.? (operating segway while intoxicated) I had a exciting trip out to Vegas. We went thru Portland OR. Matter of fact I got plenty of landings and take offs at Portland that were kinda extra. Seems like the jet decided to have this here electrical fire and with all the smell and smoke and all we went back for another try. Lets see, we tried once with that, then we tried again, then we got a new jet. All in all it was a plesant extra six hours. They was really nice and fed us a free meal, and we got a extra 1,000 air miles. CARA I kept waving at you. Did you see me? There is something about southern Oregon that was making that old jets wireing burn up. The stay at the Orleans Hotel Casino was a normal GOOD time. I did develop some major pain in me right shoulder and arm. I think it was caused by the slot machines. I had to revert to using the darn buttons. I discourage the use of the buttons. It is way too easy to push the button and the points dissapear fast. For some reason these points are directly related to money. I managed to build up enough points to get a few free meals. All in all it was kinda, almost, just about a break even week. Oh, the conferance thing I went too was so-so. Flight back was plumb boring. Well, there was a very exciting ride to the Las Vegas airport in the rain. It is not supposed to rain in Las Vegas. The hack driver was Italian. There was a couple of me peers in the back (also Italians), all from Chicago, driver and me peers, talking with their hands, while all this rain was going on. Well it was a relief to get to the airport. I waved at'cha CARA again, but this time only once on the return trip up to Portland. Only a five hour layover. It was so great to get on the plane back to Montana. Oh of course, it had been in the 90's all week at Vegas, and it was like 34 degrees out and snow flying back home in Montana.
