Hi Patti, sorry you're sick, but welcome to a lovely group.

I'm C 2 (Caroline no. 2 ) and live in England. I've been ill for a

while and was diagnosed with AOSD last summer, but that diagnosis is in

doubt after I didn't respond favourably to Prednisolone. Either way,

the main problem I had for the first year was abdo pain, so you have my

sympathy! I felt full after only a mouthful and lost about 25 lbs in a

matter of months. The pain is always upper abdo and no real cause was

identified despite many tests. These days it's easier, not least

because I 'graze' rather than eat big meals and generally have learned

to put up with it, although it is much better that the most acute

period. I also have the joint pain and low grade fevers most of the

time, but as the docs are unsure why, I am now only on painkillers.
