Sorry about your elbow. What a bummer. How is the weather over there? We had huge hail here the other night and the winds were so loud I thought we were going to fly away in the night. My OCD side started hauling valuables to the basement, just can't help myself!!!

Just an update about my broken elbow business.

Saw the Orthopedic surgeon today and had some more xrays done.

The blessed thing (elbow) still isn't healed....but, as the xray's show..

it's not going anywhere either. The dr. has decided to just let it be for

now, as I am able to use it without too much discomfort. He was

very nice, and his final words of wisdom "do *not* fall down again!"

Well, I doubt that will happen until the *ice* comes back again. But,

I am such a klutz who knows? I'm always stumbling over my own feet! lol.

About the bone density test I had done awhile back...the woman doing the

test was telling me that I tested way above average (considering height,

weight, age etc) yes, it seems the spinal area did test high, but the hip

area tested low. Looks like I'll be in for Fosomax after my appoint.

with rhuemy at Mayo May 17th.

We go to Milwaukee Wi> tomorrow to the VA hospital for Dennis.

He has a dental appointment, and more blood tests ordered. His doc

at the local VA Clinic told him 'no root canals, and no pulling any teeth."

That didn't make him cry. lol.

Caroline...happy you are back home, and that you had a nice visit

(even with the circumstances) with family & friends.

Kirk...hang in there friend, believe it or not things do get better! By

the way Krause has a voice to "die for." I think she sings like

an angel would for sure! If you have never heard her sing, and you are

"well rounded" as far as music goes...you must hear her sing sometime!
