Agreed, but since I obviously was not dashing properly, there isnt any point in doing it this week at my doc appt. But, in my next 3mo labs I will insist on it.

 

You got it. Another reAson to look at urine NA and K to assess where you are. Tiped sad Send form mi iPhone ;-)

So, i am guessing my results will be elevated again. Here is how it was done today.

Made me clinch fist

put a band on my arm

Stuck me 2 times, couldnt find a vein

Took off band

Got another nurse

band again

nailed me in the forearm without missing

I saw the results already 4.2 (3.5-5.1 range)

I am going to guess it really isnt that good...based on how i feel and the way the blood was drawn.

 

Blood sodium was 136 (135-145 range)

So doent the test just see how well you dashed in the last 12-24 hrs then?
