2002 winners of body for life

Well has anyone seen the body for life website. They are currently

judging. They are in the process of calling the winners. Wow i can not wait

until i see who the winners are. Sometimes the bad thing is that you get your

hopes up and you do not mean to but it is something that we can not help.

Well whoever knows it could be anyone. This doesn't have to be about building

muscle but most of it has to do with the writing and the obstacles that you

have over came during this. Well good luck to everyone.

I know how you feel. When I entered it was the 2000 contest and I did three

challenges back to back. Even though I told myself the whole year that I was

sure they would pick someone with a " bigger " transformation, I have to admit

that I was still VERY hopeful when it came time to announce the winners. Not

only did I not win but I didn't even place in the top 2000!! I can see

why.....most people started out in much worse shape than I did and ended up

looking incredible. But, after getting over that disappointment - it was quick

- I did indeed realize what everyone will tell you. I won bigger than any

contest prize. I'm in control of my body and it's such a good feeling. My 12

year old daughter will say to me " you can't have that M & M or you'll get fat! "

My reply to her is always the same.... " I won't get fat - I know the secret!! "

The secret is to be in control of your body. YOU are the one who controls what

you eat and how much you exercise. There is no mystery. And...the best part???

One of my favorite B. quotes is " a fit mind resides in a fit body. " So

true. It all comes together when you get control of what's happening with your

body.

Well, I'm certainly off on a tangent. Good luck to you, Linet. You've made an

awesome transformation and I, for one, would love to see you recognized for it!
