Hi,

Today I did up to the Intermediate section of Kathy 's Step Aerobics.  I was tired and only wanted to go back to bed, but I'm glad I didn't and chose to workout instead.  It was the thought of not reaching my goal that made me go down to my exercise room and workout.  Goal setting really works!
