Guest guest Posted March 14, 2009 Report Share Posted March 14, 2009 I couldn't decide what I wanted to do this morning, finally I narrowed it down to interval, and then decided on Mindy's Slammin Sports Cardio. Wow, I forgot how much I love this workout. It's great. Choreography is simple enough, and yet it's uite difficult, but not so difficult that you would have a dread factor. At least not for me. Anyway, I burned 722 calories in the hour, with my average being 144. Afterwards I pulled out Kari 's Curl DVD for abs. This is another one I really like. I don't hear much talk on this workout, but I think it's a good solid 20-minute ab workout. Tomorrow it's STS Legs! Yikes...
