Pat, I hope it works out for you to be able to meet up with the trainer and that your friend will be able to help you out. Good luck with the proposal as well )!!!! Sandie, Tae and Bo )!!!!! LOL For many years they were only sold in the Southeastern section of the United States, which is where I live. Recently Krispy Kreme has spread to other regions of the country, and now abroad. Just a bit of trivia for you. Good luck with the video. I'm glad to hear you are starting an evening challenge!!! This group is awesome. :) who loves the glazed donut topped with chocolate frosting :)
Guest guest
Thanks Sandie, I need to call the Trainer again this week and try and arrange something soon. As for my proposal to the Chiro, he really liked it, we are going to get together some time in the next few weeks to brainstorm on how we are going to progress from here. We are looking at either making a poster, or a booklet or a video with the exercises on it to distribute to his patients. I will more than likely be the " model " so I have to get my (_|_) in gear and make sure that I can do all the exercises flawlessly that I put in the proposal. I have purchased a few new yoga and another tape by Minna so I have three now, " Strength and Grace " , " Fat Eliminator " and the new one I bought on thursday " Emergency Workout " which has 30 min strength and 30 min cardio that you can either do all at once or split them up. They say that it will change your body in 6 weeks if you do it 6 days a week, doing a rotation that they have set out in the pamphlet. I don't think I will be doing it exclusively and I hope to add Taebo back into my rotation. I kind of burnt out on the two basic tapes I have and I know I am not ready to do an advanced Live yet. I am definitely going to start back into a routine in the evenings of doing an hours worth of work each night. More than likely 30 mins of cardio and then yoga alternating with 30 mins of weights and yoga. I know that the yoga will make me sleep better (I have a stress reducing one that I really like) and will definitely improve my flexibility. I am starting on my own six week challenge today. I have got a program that will track my exercise using my Visor (Palm Pilot) and I am tracking my food intake there too. So as of today I am back on track. If I am going to Talk the Talk, I better Walk the Walk! If anyone wants to join me in an evening challenge (sorry Monse, can't do the morning thing!) I would be more than happy to have company! Pat who had her first Krispy Kreme donut yesterday, OMG I put a curse on the person who opened the shop in Canada! They are the best donuts I have ever tasted and I usually hate donuts!!! Good job the closest shop is over 45 mins away in Mississauga! It was one of the guys in the offices birthday yesterday and he had to bring in treats so he went to Mississauga and got them! I was almost tempted to call hubby's cell and get him to stop on his way home yesterday to get some! He was on course in Mississauga.. Now I know why everyone here says they stay away from there!!!!!
