Hi Ben!

Welcome!

I had stopped drinking milk back in high school because I thought it tasted bad.

It was, of course, the pasteurized variety. And then a couple of years back, I

began hearing about raw milk and wanted to get some. I found a local woman who

had some organically raised, grass-fed cows and got some raw milk from her.

Immediately upon drinking it, my body thanked me. It tasted so good and I could

feel the positive effects right away. Ahhhhhhmazing!

Now I drink raw milk some, but prefer to make most of it into kefir. I rarely

make yogurt anymore and found kefir to feel more beneficial for me.

I hope you find a source for yourself soon! I am fortunate to have a good

source

here in our area with mid-valleyvu farm. I am thankful for what they do!

Best,

Garret
