This evening I did Jari Love's Ripped. The idea of doing all pushups and pull-ups with Tony Horton was too much to bear - perhaps when I'm in better shape. My inner voice later on in the afternoon said, "do Ripped instead!" so I did! And I'm happy I did. I feel GREAT. I can tell I will be sore in my quads and triceps tomorrow, as I can feel them already. Here is what I used:squats: 24 lb bar - I need to go up in weight next timechest: pushups on knees, and 24 lb bar for chest presses - TOUGHpullovers: 1 15 lbs dumbell - I felt this in my triceps as wellskull crushers and tricep presses: 10 lb plate - I will use a barbell next time and go upadductors and abductors - floorwork a la Debbie Siebers - OW, I think I'll use ankle weights next time though nonethelessdeadlifts and

rows: 24 lbs barbelllunges: just body weight and I changed the counts to make it safer, just 2 up, 2 down in a stationary positionbiceps: 8 lb dumbell, might try 10's next timeshoulders: 3 lbs, will use 5's next timeabs: too easy, will do on ball next time.I look forward to doing this a couple more times in the near future! This is just a marvelous overall total body workout and it's nicely filmed and produced. Jari has such a soothing voice and I like how the background exercisers show other options. This is a must have for any vidiot's collection!

Wow! impressive weights. This is a great video, I really like Jari

and have all but RTTC and 1000. Someone here posted that she is

working on more videos. I know some don't think much of her

personality, but I really like that she is sooo low key.

It's one of my favorite workouts. Well cued, well paced, and straightforward - my favorites.
