Guest guest
Yes, I know, I post something and then don't get back to it for quite a while. The roller coasting is off again! So I decided that perhaps the Enbrel needed a little help and went for walk in the pool. Mind you it's 90 degrees outside, humid and a little overcast but why not! OY! What a mistake I've made. I still have to go pick up Rubin from his last day at camp, come home, walk the dogs and feed them and then make dinner - so it's an fairly easy day (NOT!) Oh, and don't forget the laundry; we mustn't forget the laundry! I'm still smiling but I think that's because I'm laughing at myself and my dumbness. You gotta laugh! Take care and be well. Guest guest
Poor Ellen. Forget the laundry and go have a rest! And keep smiling! Libby :-)
Guest guest
Thanks Libby. I didn't take any hydrocodone yesterday even though I was hurting so badly. Once in a while I feel I have to take at least one day without it. I was jumping down " the boys " throats and just in a general icky mood. I also haven't been sleeping much (what a surprise) especially last night. This morning, however, is another story. Even though I'd rather go without the pain killers I HAD to take one. Now I can't stop talking! You're right about the laundry, I'm leaving it to pile up. and I took Rubin for some new shirts so at least he's covered for another few days. We went to the farmer's market so I have my fruits and veggies for a couple of days and can make a cucumber salad, which I love. In the meantime, I'm heading back to bed for a bit of a rest before I have to take Rubin to Slam Jam. It's a teen event that happens every year and Rubin " works " it because it's put on by a group he belongs to. I'll be darned, even when I'm not busy, I'm busy. Take care and be well and thanks again. Ellen
